Join us at Redux Contemporary Art Center on Tuesday July 23 for a therapeutic sound bath with Reiki Master Christian McClellan. Participants will be bathed in therapeutic sound and put into a deep relaxed state where alpha and theta waves are dominant. Allowing yourself to surrender or ‘soften’ into these brainwave states is deeply restorative for the body, mind, and soul.
