Join me and artist Daisy McClellan at Redux Contemporary Art Center from 6:30p-8:00p for a relaxing and meditative candle making workshop.

Local artist and art educator Daisy McClellan will teach you the history of candle making and how to make your very own soy candles from beginning to end. You’ll go home with a candle mixed with your very own scent combinations using a variety of fragrance oils and dried flowers. Select a crystal to put in your candle to infuse it with energy.

For the second half of class I will then guide you through the practice of candle meditation, a powerful way to decrease stress and awaken mindfulness in your life. No meditation experience required.
