Join us at Redux Contemporary Art Center for a therapeutic sound bath with Reiki Master Christian McClellan. Participants will be bathed in therapeutic sound and put into a deep relaxed state where alpha and theta waves are dominant. Allowing your mind and body to surrender or ‘soften’ into these brainwave states is deeply restorative for the body.

What to bring: Dress comfortably, and bring a yoga mat, cushion and/or blanket to help get comfortable.
