Lunar Energy August
Once in a Blue Moon - August 2023 is one of these times when we experience two full moons in one month. To celebrate, August soundbaths will occur on the full and new moons, and include short discussions on harnessing the energy of the lunar cycle for letting go of what no longer serves us and manifesting that which will. Attend one or all three!

Join us at Redux Contemporary Art Center for a therapeutic sound bath with Reiki Master Christian McClellan. Participants will be bathed in therapeutic sound and put into a deep relaxed state where alpha and theta waves are dominant. Allowing yourself to surrender or ‘soften’ into these brainwave states is deeply restorative for the body, mind, and soul.
